#### The fabric of life, is woven by every one of us.
We are the scientists, engineers and makers. Runners, riders and hikers. It is our duty to question the norm, to be brave enough to create meaningful change. We are driven by the [*sustainability goals*](https://www.milliken.com/en-gb/sustainability) set by our parent company Milliken & Company, and as a collective, we are on a journey of endless improvement and relentless innovation. This means committing to inclusive associate communities, achieving zero data privacy breaches, zero lost-time with safety related incidents, and 100,000 volunteer hours by 2025. There is no finish line.
