The new Castelli Perfetto RoS 3 Jacket – where ROS stands for Rain or Shine – is  built entirely with Polartec® AirCore™, a pioneering new non-PFAS fabric engineered to deliver true breathability without sacrificing weather protection.

With Polartec® AirCore™, the Perfetto RoS 3 Jacket leverages the power of controlled airflow to manage moisture more efficiently than traditional options, keeping riders dry, warm, and comfortable from the inside out. Unlike conventional waterproof jackets that trap heat and moisture, Polartec® AirCore™ is air-permeable (0.7 CFM), allowing excess sweat to escape while maintaining wind resistance. It also has a functional water resistance rating of 5,000 mm hydrostatic head, which is more than enough to handle the strongest rain and gusts.  What’s more, Polartec® AirCore™ also regulates the rider’s microclimate through active ventilation.
