Polartec is amped to drop a new rad collaboration with legendary London-based brand, Palace, featuring the Polartec 3M Hooded Jacket in Woodland Camo. Palace, known for its fusion of fashion and skateboarding since its establishment in 2009, continues to break rules and define streetwear on a global level.  

The roots of Palace trace back to the late ‘00s, when founder Lev Tanju and fellow London skaters kicked it in a squat flat near the iconic Southbank skate park, humorously dubbed “The Palace”. These shredding rebels became known as the Palace Wayward Boys Choir, embodying the brand’s irreverent spirit. Tanju, fueled by his passion for skateboarding, decided to create his own brand with a no-brainer name: Palace.  

Palace’s initial skate videos perfectly encapsulate the unfiltered and laid-back essence that defines the brand. Shot in a relaxed style, these clips resemble the kind of footage one would capture while casually hanging out with friends. Filled with spontaneous freestyle skating, the videos authentically embody the chill vibe of street culture. ​​This down-to-earth style became integral in establishing Palace's distinctively British identity right from the beginning.
